From here I can walk you through the pages included within this website (both visible and invisible) that fulfill the requirements for the Masters in Outdoor Education. I hope you find this information useful and will enjoy your visit-- not only learning a bit more about who I am, but also why I am so passionate about work in the outdoors and how that passion is connected to nearly everything I do.

My Story

In 2021 I began a doctorate program in Education through the University of Swansea. As a European program, no formal coursework was required. It was then that I sought out to acquire an education in outdoor ed. Through the course of my study, out of need and out of passion, I switched back to a counseling focus and completed my doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. My counseling practice, however, was still changing to a more nature focused modality of counseling and my masters in Outdoor Education was still a dream.
